Director of Operations
Caitlin, originally from Harrodsburg, Kentucky, has called Lexington home for nearly nine years. While earning her bachelor’s degree at the University of Kentucky, she quickly fell in love with the community and knew it was where she wanted to build her life and career. Today, she resides in Lexington with her fiancé, Tanner, and their corgi, Boone.
As Director of Operations, Caitlin has been an integral part of the team for over three and a half years. She oversees the day-to-day operations, ensuring systems run efficiently, clients are exceptionally cared for, and the team operates at the highest level. Although most clients connect with Caitlin on the other end of a phone call or through email, she plays a pivotal role in their experience—serving behind the scenes with precision, responsiveness, and a deep commitment to excellence. Her attention to detail, organizational expertise, and steady leadership create the operational backbone that allows the team to consistently deliver outstanding results.
Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys her needlepointing projects, wine nights with her friends, treasure hunting every weekend at estate sales, and spending quality time with her family.
