In this role, Melia works closely with attorneys, mediators, fiduciaries, and families to manage the real estate component of divorce with structure, discretion, and professionalism—helping reduce conflict, protect equity, and support informed, fair decision-making.

Her approach is education-driven and process-oriented, ensuring clients feel confident, informed, and supported from consultation through closing and beyond.
